An Improved ELECTRE II-Based Outranking Method for MADM with Double Hierarchy Hesitant Fuzzy Linguistic Sets and Its Application to Emergency Logistics Provider Selection

The emergency logistics provider selection (ELPS) is an important part of management. In increasingly complex and highly uncertain evaluation environment, how to effectively select providers has become a hot topic in the field this paper, by integrating double hierarchy hesitant fuzzy linguistic term set (DHHFLTS), normalized projection measure improved ELECTRE II method, practical integrated decision support model proposed handle ELPS problem. First, DHHFLTSs are utilized represent information provided makers (DMs) provide subjective judgments. Meanwhile, distance for based on reflect both included angle between objects, weight-determining method maximizing deviation constructed. Then new framework positive negative ideal solutions put forward, which three kinds preference relations concordance discordance sets up rank alternatives more reasonably. Finally, example presented illustrate effectiveness detailed comparative analysis with other representative methods also conducted demonstrate advantages method.
